    Spraytime by Makower UK is one of those wonderfully useful fabric collections that earns its place in a quilter's stash. With its distinctive mottled, tone-on-tone texture and broad colour palette, Spraytime gives you the versatility of a solid fabric with just enough movement to add depth and interest.

    A Tonal Blender for Quilting

    Rather than appearing completely flat, each Spraytime fabric has a softly sprayed texture created from variations within the same colour family. From a distance it reads much like a solid; look closer and the subtle tonal pattern begins to show.

    That makes Spraytime particularly useful alongside prints. It can give the eye somewhere to rest without losing all texture, provide contrast between busier fabrics, or introduce another value of a colour without bringing an additional pattern into your quilt.

    The collection spans everything from useful creams, greys and earthy neutrals to clear blues, greens, pinks, reds, purples and yellows, making it easy to find colours for backgrounds, borders, binding, sashing, appliqué and piecing.
